This last weekend we gathered together for our annual Family Camp at Lake Swan. What a wonderful time! It was a time of seeking God, of fellowship, teaching, talent, and honoring. Here are some highlights:
- We looked together at how the Feast of Booths finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ. The Feast was a reminder that communion with God requires costly sacrifice, that God sustains those he save and that God provides everything we need.
- We ate, drank, swam and played together.
- We competed with Nerf guns, Jenga blocks and toilet paper (just ask someone who was there) and showcased untold talents.
- We took time to pray for the Nugent’s as they transition to Kenya and presented them with a gift from our recent offering.
